What we collect
When you use Pet Portraits Express, we collect your pet photo, email address (if provided), and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details).
Photo retention
Uploaded source photos are automatically deleted after 30 days. Paid portrait files are kept for 12 months so you can re-download them.
How we use AI
Your photo is sent to our AI image generation provider to create your portrait. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
