What we collect
When you use Pet Portraits Express, we collect your pet photo, email address (if provided), shipping address (for print orders), and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details).
Photo retention
Uploaded source photos are automatically deleted after 30 days. Paid portrait files are kept for 12 months so you can re-download a digital file or we can reprint if needed.
Country for shipping notes
We may use your country (from your connection, stored as a small cookie) to show free shipping for your country and whether we print locally. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
Cookies
We store your country in a small cookie so we can show free shipping for your country. In the EU, UK, and Switzerland we ask before we use optional analytics cookies. You can choose necessary cookies only.
How we use AI
Your photo is sent to our AI image generation provider to create your portrait. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
