Service

Pet Portraits Express turns your pet photos into framed portraits. You can buy a framed poster, poster, or canvas (from $29.00). A digital file ($9.99) is available at checkout. Prints are made to order and shipped to you.

Previews

You see your portrait in a poster preview before you pay. You choose a print — or the file — only when you are happy with the look.

Refunds

Digital files: sales are final once the file is delivered. Contact us if there is a technical issue with your file.

Prints: each piece is made for you, so we cannot take it back unless it arrives damaged or wrong. Email us a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Shipping

Print orders need a shipping address. Shipping is included in the print price. We print close to you — in a local shop when we can — and most prints arrive in about 5 days. Framed posters ship with the print and frame together, unmounted. You put the print in the frame at home.

Your photos

You must own the rights to photos you upload. Do not upload photos you do not have permission to use.
